Who We Are
Khwarizmi Industrial is a Saudi industrial investment platform. We invest in the operating companies and the physical assets that underpin the Kingdom’s industrial economy, combining an active role in managing what we own with genuine sector expertise and the ability to influence strategy and outcomes.
We were established to address a specific gap. Saudi industry is expanding quickly, but capital that understands industrial operations — rather than treating them as generic financial assets — remains scarce. We are structured to be that capital: concentrated by sector, engaged as owners, and long-term by design.
The platform operates within the wider Khwarizmi group, a home-grown Saudi alternative investment firm, and applies its institutional governance, investment, and risk-management frameworks. Our mandate, our team, and our capital are dedicated to industrials.
